March 17 Highlands & Highlights:

	The day starts out with a classic full Irish Breakfast served between 8:30 and 11:00 AM: two fried eggs ~ two rashers (Irish bacon, cut from loin) ~ two bangers (Irish sausage, very mild) ~ white and black pudding (oatmeal based sausages) ~ broiled half tomato ~ Irish brown bread & Irish soda bread ~ pot of Irish breakfast tea
	Search for the Pot of Gold: Follow the trail of our little Leprechauns’ to find our Pot of Gold. Irish Beer Tasting: “No Green Beer Here!”: Pocono Palace stocks a variety of Irish beers, we’re going to do a tasting of... all of them ~ O’Hara’s Red Ale, from a boutique brewery just south of Dublin in County Caven; Smithwick’s, a great Irish beer produced by Guinness. We’ll be featuring world-famous Guinness Stout and featuring the different drinks you can make.
	Cooking with Guinness: A cooking demonstration featuring that legendary brew. Irish Whiskey Tasting: Samplings from the Republic and up North as well. Not for the faint of heart. This is serious sipping to learn the nuances of the different distilleries. Just so you’d be knowin’ ... the Irish Gaelic uisce beatha, translates to “Water of Life”.
	Special Dinner Menu: Potato and leek soup & Irish cheddar cheese soup ~ tossed spring greens with goat cheese & strawberries ~ shepherd’s pie ~ corned beef, cabbage and boiled new potatoes ~ sliced eye round roast beef ~ oven roasted chicken breast with herbed cheese stuffing ~ poached salmon ~ all served with new potatoes and carrots ~ cheesecake with Bailey’s cream sauce & bread pudding with Bailey’s cream sauce
	Late Night Snack: Potato Jackets with toppings.
