COVE HAVEN ENTERTAINMENT RESORTS ANNOUNCE THE APPOINTMENT OF BYRD PRESSLEY AS ENTERTAINMENT MANAGER

LAKEVILLE, PA – Cove Haven Entertainment Resorts (formerly Caesars Pocono Resorts) announced today it has appointed Byrd Pressley as Entertainment Manager for the resorts. In his new position, Pressley will be responsible for seeking out and booking entertainment acts at all three properties, Cove Haven, Paradise Stream and Pocono Palace.

Pressley has been a professional entertainer since 1973. He and his band have been entertaining guests at Cove Haven Entertainment Resorts since 1991. Born in Pittsburgh, PA, he traveled around the world entertaining with The New Century Platters. He later formed the Byrd Pressley Band. In the mid eighties he was managed by Cissy Houston, Whitney Houston's mother, and Toni Chambers for their company, Personal Touch Management. Byrd also was a special guest performer for the Miss Maryland Pageant. He had several songs released in Europe that hit the UK charts.
