COVE HAVEN ENTERTAINMENT RESORTS TO SPONSOR RACE CAR OF EMPLOYEE, JUSTIN GROSZ

LAKEVILLE, PA – Cove Haven Entertainment Resorts announce that it will sponsor the race car of local Midget Car driver and Cove Haven Resort employee, Justin Grosz.

Grosz is a senior at Wallenpaupack Area High School where he maintains a 4.1 GPA and is a member of the National Honor Society, Future Business Leaders of America, Students Against Destructive Decisions (SADD) and Humanity United. He has been a part-time employee in the Cove Haven Resort Call Center for the past year. He has been racing since he was 5, and at age 7 became the youngest driver to win a Northeast Dirt Series event. His more than 150 wins include four North Carolina State Karting championships, three Northeast Karting championships and a national Karting win. He was also runner up at the Dirt World Karting Championships in Daytona, FL.

“We’re all proud of what Justin stands for; in the classroom, as a team member at Cove Haven Resort and on the race track, and we’re pleased to be able to support his efforts,” commented Mark Saari, Marketing Director.

Grosz has three Micro Sprint wins and a third-place finish at the 2007 Winter Nationals in North Carolina. Last year, he was one of 20 finalists out of 645 drivers from across the U.S. chosen for the Ron Sutton Winner Circle Shootout, a driver development program in California. Grosz was also the first driver to win the World Karting Association Pavement Series “Got to Have Heart Award” for advancing furthest through the field in a national event.

As an associate sponsor, Cove Haven Entertainment Resorts’ logo will be featured on the side of Grosz’ car. Grosz will also make personal appearances for car shows, autograph sessions and car appearances. This year, he will be racing in the American Racing Drivers Club, Inc. midget series, as well as the United States Auto Club and POWRi Midget Series.
