LAKEVILLE, PA – Cove Haven Entertainment Resorts announced today that Barbara Dilberti has been appointed as Human Resources Manager for the Paradise Stream and Pocono Palace properties.

Diliberti is returning to the resorts where she worked as a HR Generalist, HR Manager and Training Manager for the four properties from 1996 to 2007 and as Resort Manager for Brookdale Resort until its closing in 2008. She is a graduate of Marywood University, (BS degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management) and received her MS from the University of Scranton in 1996, (Human Resources Administration). She also achieved the distinction of becoming a Starwood Master Trainer in 2003. Dilberti lives in Honesdale with her husband and daughter.
