FOUR TOPS HEADLINE SOUL WEEKEND AT COVE HAVEN AUGUST 26-27

LAKEVILLE, PA – The Four Tops will headline a weekend of soul music at Cove Haven Entertainment Resorts, with an August 26 performance at Cove Haven Resort at 8:30 p.m. Tickets are free with an all-inclusive stay and event-only tickets can be purchased for $25.

The Four Tops vocal quartet has been an American legacy in R&B, funk, Motown and pop for more than five decades. The group landed the number one song on the Billboard's Top 100 music chart of 1965 with "I Can't Help Myself (Sugar Pie Honey Bunch)." Other chart-topping songs of the 1960s include "Baby I Need Your Loving," "Reach Out, I’ll Be There" and "Standing in the Shadows of Love."

The weekend also features the 12-piece funk ensemble, Soul Be It, performing at Paradise Stream Resort on August 26 and Cove Haven Resort on August 27. The shows are at 8:30 p.m. Soul Be It is inspired by the music of Earth, Wind & Fire and plays soul song favorites from the last four decades.

Guests can also enjoy Byrd Pressley's R&B Series featuring the Force M.D.s at Paradise Stream Resort on August 27 at 8:30 p.m. Byrd Pressley has been known for rhythm and blues sounds for 30 years; while the Force M.D.s were among the first groups to intermix doo wop vocals with hip hop beats.

Tickets for Soul Be It and Byrd Pressley's R&B Series featuring the Force M.D.s are free with an all-inclusive stay. Event-only tickets can be purchased for $10 per show.
