NEW YORK'S FUNNIEST COMICS PERFORM AT COVE HAVEN ENTERTAINMENT RESORTS ON JANUARY 14-15

POCONO MOUNTAINS, PA – Cove Haven Entertainment Resorts presents New York's Funniest Comics at Pocono Palace and Cove Haven on January 14 and at Paradise Stream on January 15. The shows begin at 8:30 p.m. and are free with an All-Inclusive stay. Event-only tickets can be purchased for $25.

MC Host Steve Marshall and Ventriloquist John Pizzi along with comedians Jeff Pirammi (Cove Haven only), Rodney Laney (Paradise Stream only) and Vic DiBitetto will provide comic relief at Paradise Stream and Cove Haven. Angel Salazar, Rob Falcone, Rodney Laney and Erin Jackson will perform at Pocono Palace.

  • MC Host Steve Marshall: This outstanding MC talks candidly about sex, ethnicity, love, respect and other current day issues and has performed stand-up on NBC's "Dare to Dream" and "Blind Date."
  • Ventriloquist John Pizzi: One of the hottest comics in the entertainment industry, Pizzi has opened for Jerry Vale, Joy Behar, Weird Al Yankovic and Clint Holmes. Pizzi stars in a one-man show of comedy, magic and ventriloquism, and is a regular at the Riveria Hotel in Las Vegas and the Borgata Hotel in Atlantic City.
  • Jeff Pirammi: Nicknamed "Fat Rat Bastard," this "well-rounded" comedian was a first place prize winner of "The Comedy Show" at the Tropicana in Atlantic City. He has opened for Pat Cooper, Willie Nelson and Frankie Valli.
  • Rodney Laney: Rodney's comedy career began in 1998 at a comedy club near Wright Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio where he was stationed.
  • Vic DiBitetto: Powerful performer and comedian, Vic churns energy, honesty and humanity into nonstop laughter with vivid and true material. He has appeared on ABC's "America's Funniest People" and VH1's "Stand-up Spotlight."
  • Angel Salazar: Angel's act includes: street-smart ethnic wisecracks, risqué humor, physical comedy and audience involvement.
  • Rob Falcone: One of New York City's favorite comedians, Falcone has appeared on USA Channel's "Up all Night," NBC's "America's Talking" and Comedy Central.
  • Erin Jackson: Jackson has earned nation attention with her appearances on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" and Comedy Central's "Live at Gotham."
