BILLY JOEL TRIBUTE BAND, “BIG SHOT” TO PERFORM AT COVE HAVEN RESORT

LAKEVILLE, PA – Cove Haven Resort announced today that “Big Shot,” a Billy Joel Tribute band will perform live on Sunday, August 30, 2009 at the Lakeville, PA couples-only property. The evening’s entertainment will begin at 8:00 p.m.

Big Shot thrills audiences with their spot-on reproductions of the piano man’s legendary songs. Saxophonist Richie Cannata, an original member of Billy Joel’s band, is scheduled to perform with Big Shot. Cannata played with Joel’s band from 1972-1982, and reunited with the group for their 2006 tour. Cannata’s signature sound can be heard on several of Joel’s most successful albums, including Songs in the Attic, 52nd Street, The Stranger, and River Of Dreams.
