CAESARS POCONO RESORTS PROMOTES CHRIS CARROLL TO GUEST SERVICES MANAGER

LAKEVILLE, PA—Caesars Pocono Resorts announced today the promotion of Chris Carroll to Guest Services Manager at Cove Haven Resort.

In his new position, Carroll will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Guest Services. He will schedule and supervise the Front Desk staff as well as ensure guests are properly welcomed, monitor all lobby activity and attend to guests’ needs and requests.

Carroll has been with Caesars Pocono Resorts since 1993, most recently serving as Dining Room Banquet Captain.

He attended Honesdale High School, graduated from Keystone Jr. College with an Associates Degree and has continued his education with courses at East Stroudsburg University. Carroll is also a wrestling coach for Honesdale Junior High School.
