CAESARS POCONO RESORTS PROMOTES MARY ANN OLVER TO DIRECTOR OF SALES AND CUSTOMER CONTACT CENTER

LAKEVILLE, PA—Caesars Pocono Resorts announced today the promotion of Mary Ann Olver to Director of Sales and the Customer Contact Center.

In her new position, Olver will have a dual role, overseeing both the Sales Department and the Customer Contact Center. She will directly supervise both teams and manage all aspects of sales for the three Caesars Pocono Resorts: the Customer Contact Center, group sales programs, wedding and special events organization, Getaway Club membership and trade show representation. Her responsibilities include the development of the contact center and the sales team, solicitation of new and existing accounts, direction of the Sales Managers & Contact Center leadership team; and creation and implementation of regional strategic sales initiatives.

A long-time member of the Caesars Pocono Resorts team, (since Valentine’s Day of 1989—how appropriate!), Olver most recently served as Director of the Contact Center. She previously worked in the Reservations and Sales departments.

Olver attended Keystone College and East Stroudsburg University and currently resides in Hawley with her husband, Keith, and their three children.
