Coliseum Restaurant
Enjoy breakfast and dinner, served daily in our dining room at Coliseum Restaurant. Choose from an array of delicious menu selections. Coffee is available starting at 7:00 a.m. for all early risers. Breakfast is served between 8:30 and 11:00 a.m. daily. Dinner is served between 6:00 and 8:00 p.m. each night. A unique menu changes daily and features specially themed dining on weekends. Get your fill of fresh Italian delights at Fat Paulie’s Festa Italiano on Fridays and all-you-can-eat steaks during Strip Night every Saturday.

Spooner’s Café
Open daily for lunch and late night snacks, this cozy café offers fresh fare perfect for couples on the go. Eat in, take out or order room service along with ice, champagne, fire logs for your fireplace, bubble bath – all the essentials you need for that special touch of romance in your suite. Spooner’s Café is also home to an adjoining game room, indoor archery, basketball court, roller skating rink and CXO-led activities. Need a quick online fix? Champagne Palace Nightclub
Want to be entertained? Then Champagne Palace Nightclub is the place for you. Live bands, comedians, dancing, and entertainment keep this place hopping every day. Come dance the night away or just settle in for laugh-out-loud comedy with seasoned stage performers. Champagne Palace is also home to our famous Flaming Desserts, oh-so-sweet palate pleasers guaranteed to heat things up and leave you satisfied.

Cupid's Corner Bar
Located in the Coliseum Restaurant, Cupid's serves hot and cold hors d’oeuvres daily between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. Check out this prime place for CXO-led activities and specially featured daily cocktails. It’s the happy hour hot spot as well as a hot bed for dining and cooking connoisseurs who gather to steal secrets from Executive Chefs during Flames of Passion, our interactive cooking show.

Lookout Lounge Bar
Enjoy stunning views of Lake Wallenpaupack from the Lookout Lounge, open daily between 11:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Sip cocktails while taking in the majestic surroundings and partaking in CXO hosted activities. Challenge your sweetie to a game of pool downstairs at Hustler’s Billiard Room or relax beside our indoor pool. The Lookout Lounge is open on select nights of the week.

TanLines Bar & Grille
Adjacent to the outdoor heart-shaped pool, this seasonal bar and grille is the perfect place to soak in the romance and the sun. It’s the hottest outdoor bar and grille in the Pocono Mountains! Parrot Lounge
