At Cove Haven Entertainment Resorts we want you to have it all. That is why we have automatically enrolled you in our Referral Rewards Program. You can earn a $50 certificate toward a future stay when you refer friends, family, neighbors and business associates to our All-Inclusive resorts.

Use your $50 toward your future stay, and the guests you refer will save 10% off their weekday reservations. In order to receive a certificate, everyone you refer must use your Referral Rewards Card when making their reservations.

How Does Referral Rewards Work?

You are automatically enrolled in the Cove Haven Entertainment Resorts Referral Rewards Program when you become a Forever Lover. You will receive an initial supply of Referral Rewards Cards with your personal code number printed on the cards.

Distribute the cards to your family members, friends and associates and they can receive 10% off weekdays (Sunday–Thursday) on all Cove Haven Entertainment Resorts packages. The Referral Rewards Cards contain the phone number for our resorts’ Reservations Department, as well as, your personal code number to ensure that you receive the $50 certificates for your referrals.

When your referrals call to make reservations, they MUST give the Cove Haven Entertainment Resorts Travel Planning Specialists your personal code number for you to receive the $50 certificate. You will receive a $50 certificate approximately 30 days after your referred guest checks out of the resort. These certificates, which can be accumulated, can be used on your future reservations. Or, if you like, you can give the certificate(s) to someone else as a gift.

Q: Do my referrals need to have one of my Referral Rewards Cards when making a reservation?

A: Yes. Your account number must be recorded at the time the reservation is made. To receive your $50 certificate, and for your referrals to receive their weekday 10% discount, they must have one of your Referral Rewards Cards imprinted with your personal code number.

Q: Can I give a family member or friend my name to make their reservations instead of my Referral Rewards card?

A: No. Your referral code for Referral Rewards is unique to you, and allows us to quickly and accurately credit you for your referrals.

Q: Can the Referral Rewards Card be used to make more than one reservation?

A: Yes. Your referrals can use the card each time they make a reservation.

Q: Will I receive a $50 certificate if my referral makes a weekend reservation?

A: Yes. However, your referrals receive a 10% discount on weekday stays (Sunday–Thursday) only.

Q: What if I have a $25 certificate?

A: The $25 certificate is now valid for $50 on a future stay.

Q: How long is each $50 certificate I earn, valid for?

A: Each certificate you receive is valid for one year from the date of issue.
