If you're 16 or older, Pennsylvania requires you to have a fishing license — but don’t let that throw you off the dock. Getting one is quick and simple.
 
Buy your license online at huntfish.pa.gov. You can check out as a guest or set up a free account — either way, you’ll be licensed and ready to go in minutes. Just be sure to keep a copy (digital or printed) with you in case a Fish & Boat Commission officer stops by to admire your catch!
