Check-in Time – Begins at 3:30 p.m. Check-out Time – 11:00 a.m., but you can stay and play until 5 p.m.
No, alcohol is not included, however, soda, juice, coffee and tea are included during breakfast and dinner.
The entrance to the Champagne tub is on the fourth level. You step down into the champagne glass.
Rental fees are not required for these activities.
Cancellation must be made 3 days or more prior to arrival. A cancellation less than 3 days prior to arrival will result in forfeit of deposit. Holidays and peak periods including Valentine's Day, President's Weekend and New Year's Eve have a 7-day cancellation policy - cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival will result in a forfeit of deposit. If a no show occurs, you will be charged for 1 night room rate plus applicable taxes. Other cancellation requirements may apply.
To confirm your reservation, a $100 deposit must be placed on your reservation. Other deposit requirements may apply. Call for complete details.
Our general dress code is resort casual. In our Dining Room, Lobby and Spooner’s, shoes and shirts are required. Please refrain from wearing swimwear and bathrobes. Also in our Dining Room, we ask that you refrain from wearing hats or vulgar/explicit clothing.
While true love has no age limit, you need to be 18 to stay at our resorts and 21 to drink. To ensure your stay is the most passionate and romantic it can be, all 2 resorts are couples-only.
Love isn’t the only thing in the air—WiFi is too! Enjoy complimentary access in your suite and throughout the resort.
There are plenty of ways to heat things up in your suite! But there is not a microwave.
The Service Charge covers all the great service you receive all across the resort! Whether it’s the Front Desk helping to better explain your stay or facilitate your calls, our Maintenance Team responding swiftly to service calls, Housekeeping fulfilling suite requests such as linen changes and fresh towels (or the occasional bubble bath overflow!), or servers providing swift service during your meals, our staff is trained to go above and beyond what’s expected in the hospitality industry in order to make sure our guests have an experience that leaves you with the impression we more-than-care about our jobs- it’s our passion to serve you!

Although we don’t offer traditional room service, Spooner’s Café can have your care package delivered with a side of love straight to your suite for a nominal fee.
Yes, we offer kosher breakfast and dinner options. You can request kosher meals when booking your reservation or upon check-in at either Front Desk.

While we’re fond of our furry, four-legged friends, we can only allow Service Dogs.
There are local puppy spas & kennels by each of our resorts and our Call Center Agents would be more than happy to direct you to them!
Yes, each suite has its own iron and ironing board.
Yes, each suite has its own hair dryer.
There is more access to taxi services and ride share services if you are staying at Paradise Stream, while the area around Cove Haven only has a couple of taxi services because of the rural location.
We highly advise you plan in advance any arrangements you need in order to get back to where you’re headed so you aren’t left waiting for a service and risk missing a scheduled departure time.
The resorts do not work directly with taxi services; guests are responsible for arranging these in advance. However, our Call Center Agents would be happy to provide you with some recommendations!
Yes, parking is free and conveniently located at both resorts.
You’re on a romantic getaway- take the night off from cooking and let our Team be your Iron Chef! We kindly ask you do not cook meals in your suites or use any culinary/kitchen appliances in your suite. We also do not allow indoor our outdoor grills to be used on premises. Your safety and the safety of your neighbors is our top priority!
Guests with specific dietary needs should contact us directly- we’d love to make sure we can prepare meals fit to meet your needs and ensure your satisfaction.
We do not recommend or encourage guests to use anything besides bubble bath in their hot tubs. We also ask that you do not introduce any outside chemicals or substances to the private pools, as they may not filter properly. Please do not add flower petals, massage oils, bath bombs, or other substances to your hot tubs or private pools- some of these items can permanently stain or ruin the tub and pool.
Please refrain from smoking cigarettes, cigars, or substances consumed in smoking devices, etc. We want you high on your love- and smoke vapors from these things can be harmful to the room and ruin the experience for other couples.
Love is in the air. Smoke shouldn’t be. A $250 service fee will be charged to your account if our smoke-free policy is broken in your suite.
We do not permit guests to bring firearms or weapons of any kind to any of our outlets/facilities at our resorts. If you are permitted to carry a firearm, we ask you please leave it concealed safely in your room.
Drip coffee makers are available in every suite.

To maintain a peaceful environment and ensure your privacy during your stay, we kindly request that you adhere to our "No Soliciting" policy. We ask that you refrain from engaging in any form of solicitation, which includes the promotion or sale of goods, services, or ideas within the resort premises.
Yes, there is a mini refrigerator in each suite.
While we don’t currently have EV charging stations at our properties, there are several conveniently located nearby in the Poconos.
We accept debit, credit, Cove Pocono Resorts' gift cards, and cash. Payment options such as Venmo, Klarna, and Afterpay are not accepted at this time.
Yes, the Lakeside Villa at Paradise Stream Resort have a private balcony.

Yes, there is a $75 authorization hold for incidentals at time of check in. This hold automatically releases after your stay if you haven’t charged anything to your suite. The release may take up to 10 business days. Please contact your bank if you experience any further delays.
