Where can I get directions to each resort?

When are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in Time – Begins at 3:30 p.m. Check-out Time – 11:00 a.m., but you can stay and play until 5 p.m.

Does your package include alcohol?

No, alcohol is not included, however soda, juice, coffee and tea are included during breakfast and dinner.

How do you get in the Champagne Towers?

The entrance to the Champagne Whirlpool is on the fourth level. You step down into the whirlpool bath.

Do we have to pay rental fees for pedal boats, tennis rackets, etc.?

Rental fees are not required for these activities.

What is the cancellation policy?

To obtain a refund, cancellation must be made 2 days or more prior to arrival. A cancellation less than 2 days prior to arrival will result in a forfeit of deposit. Other cancellation requirements may apply. Call for complete details.

What is the deposit policy?

To confirm your reservation, a $100 deposit must be placed on your reservation. Other deposit requirements may apply. Call for complete details.

How old do you have to be to stay in the Land of Love? Are kids allowed?

While true love has no age limit, you need to be18 to stay at our resorts and 21 to drink. To ensure your stay is the most passionate and romantic it can be, all 3 resorts are couples-only.

Is there WiFi in my suite?

Love isn’t the only thing in the air- WIFI is too. Available in your suite and across the property!

  • What is a Daily Resort Fee?

    We have combined our most widely used services and amenities in one inclusive resort fee to provide our guests with the very best experience during their stay in the Land of Love. We want to continue to make Cove Haven Entertainment Resorts your first choice for a romantic destination getaway so we’ve included everything you enjoy in the Land of Love.

    The resort fee of $25 plus tax per occupied room is a daily charge. This charge will be automatically billed to your guest room account and is subject to change. Valid for all reservations confirmed on/after December 1, 2015.

    Due to Covid-19 and state-mandated guidelines/restrictions, certain activities and amenities may not be available. We will continue to strive to give our guests the most fun experience possible, but we want to do so with the safety and health of you and our staff in mind. As a result, the resort fee is also being waved on stays through October 15th. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
  • Is there a microwave in my suite?

    There are plenty of ways to heat things up in your suite! But there is not a microwave.

  • What is the Service Charge?

    The Service Charge covers all the great service you receive all across the resort! Whether it’s the Front Desk helping to better explain your stay or facilitate your calls, our Maintenance Team responding swiftly to service calls, Housekeeping fulfilling suite requests such as linen changes and fresh towels (or the occasional bubble bath overflow!), or servers providing swift service during your meals, our staff is trained to go above and beyond what’s expected in the hospitality industry in order to make sure our guests have an experience that leaves you with the impression we more-than-care about our jobs- it’s our passion to serve you!

  • What should I pack to wear?

    Pack the clothes you feel comfortable in! There is no dress code for dinner, however we ask men to refrain from wearing hats and sleeveless shirts. We also request no swimsuits in the restaurant or night club. You may want to bring dress-up clothing for an evening if you want to be more formal. Bring swimsuits, sneakers, golf shoes, shorts/sweatpants, T-shirts/sweatshirts, and anything else you like to “play” in as we have a wide variety of on-property activities!

  • What is the seating like in the Restaurant?

    Couples will be seated at their own tables for even more romantic time with the one you love.

  • Do all the rooms have bathrooms and showers?

    Yes, and they are luxurious!

  • Do you have gambling?

    No, however  you can enjoy the excitement of Mount Airy Resort and Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs – both are only a short drive from any of our locations!

  • Do you offer room service?

    Although we don’t offer traditional room service, Spooner’s Café can have your care package delivered with a side of love straight to your suite for a nominal fee.

  • Are Kosher meals available?

    We currently offer kosher breakfast dining options.

  • Is there a bus line that travels to the Land of Love?

  • What is the weight limit of the Champagne Towers?

    There is no limit.

  • Do you make snow all year round?

    It’s a little hard to make snow in the summertime, but when it’s cold enough in the winter months, we do make snow for our guests at each resort!

  • Do you allow pets at your resorts?

    While we’re fond of our furry, four-legged friends, we can only allow Service Dogs with appropriate documentation provided by incoming guests.

    There are local puppy spas & kennels by each of our resorts and our Call Center Agents would be more than happy to direct you to them!

  • Are there Irons and Ironing Boards in the suites?

    Yes, each suite has its own iron and ironing board.

  • Are there hair dryers in the suites?

    Yes, each suite has its own hair dryer.

  • Are kids allowed?

    To ensure your stay is the most passionate and romantic it can be, all 3 resorts are couples-only.

  • Is parking free?

    Yes, parking is free at all three resorts.

  • Are cooking appliances allowed in the suite?

    You’re on a romantic getaway- take the night off from cooking and let our Team be your Iron Chef! We kindly ask you do not cook meals in your suites or use any culinary/kitchen appliances in your suite. Your safety and the safety of your neighbors is our top priority!
