Where can I get directions to each resort?

When are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in Time – Begins at 3:30 p.m. Check-out Time – 11:00 a.m., but you can stay and play until 5 p.m.

Does your package include alcohol?

No, alcohol is not included, however soda, juice, coffee and tea are included during breakfast and dinner.

How do you get in the Champagne Towers?

The entrance to the Champagne Whirlpool is on the fourth level. You step down into the whirlpool bath.

Do we have to pay rental fees for pedal boats, tennis rackets, etc.?

Rental fees are not required for these activities.

What is the cancellation policy?

To obtain a refund, cancellation must be made 3 days or more prior to arrival. A cancellation less than 3 days prior to arrival will result in a forfeit of deposit. Other cancellation requirements may apply. Call for complete details.

What is the deposit policy?

To confirm your reservation, a $250 deposit must be placed on your reservation. Other deposit requirements may apply. Call for complete details.

Is there a dress code policy?

Our general dress code is Resort Casual. In our Dining Room, Lobby and Spooner’s, shoes and shirts are required. Please refrain from wearing swimwear and bathrobes. Also in our Dining Room, we ask that you refrain from wearing hats or vulgar/explicit clothing

How old do you have to be to stay in the Land of Love? Are kids allowed?

While true love has no age limit, you need to be18 to stay at our resorts and 21 to drink. To ensure your stay is the most passionate and romantic it can be, all 3 resorts are couples-only.

Is there WiFi in my suite?

Love isn’t the only thing in the air- WIFI is too. Available in your suite and across the property!
Is there a microwave in my suite?

There are plenty of ways to heat things up in your suite! But there is not a microwave.

What should I pack to wear?

Dress comfortably based on the time of year- whether it’s pool-wear during the summer for our lake and outdoor pool activities or it’s heavy sweaters and coats for walks in our winter wonderland!

What is the seating like in the Restaurant?

Couples will be seated at their own tables for even more romantic time with the one you love.
Do all the rooms have bathrooms and showers?

Yes, and they are luxurious!
Do you have gambling?

No, however you can enjoy the excitement of Mount Airy Resort and Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs – both are only a short drive from any of our locations!
Are Kosher meals available?

We currently offer kosher breakfast dining options.

What is the weight limit of the Champagne Towers?

There is no limit.
Do you make snow all year round?

It’s a little hard to make snow in the summertime, but when it’s cold enough in the winter months, we do make snow for our guests at each resort!
Do you allow pets at your resorts?

While we’re fond of our furry, four-legged friends, we can only allow Service Dogs.

There are local puppy spas & kennels by each of our resorts and our Call Center Agents would be more than happy to direct you to them!
Are there irons and ironing boards in the suites?

Yes, each suite has its own iron and ironing board.
Are there hair dryers in the suites?

Yes, each suite has its own hair dryer.
Are kids allowed?

To ensure your stay is the most passionate and romantic it can be, all 3 resorts are couples-only.
Is there a taxi or ride share service in the area?

There is more access to taxi services and ride share services if you are staying at Pocono Palace or Paradise Stream, while the area around Cove Haven only has a couple of taxi services because of the rural location.

We highly advise you plan in advance any arrangements you need in order to get back to where you’re headed so you aren’t left waiting for a service and risk missing a scheduled departure time.

The resorts do not work directly with taxi services; guests are responsible for arranging these in advance.
Is parking free?

Yes, parking is free at all three resorts.
Are cooking appliances allowed in the suite?

You’re on a romantic getaway- take the night off from cooking and let our Team be your Iron Chef! We kindly ask you do not cook meals in your suites or use any culinary/kitchen appliances in your suite. We also do not allow indoor our outdoor grills to be used on premises. Your safety and the safety of your neighbors is our top priority!

Guests with specific dietary needs should contact us directly- we’d love to make sure we can prepare meals fit to meet your needs and ensure your satisfaction.
Can we use items other than bubble bath in our hot tubs and pools?

We do not recommend or encourage guests to use anything besides bubble bath in their hot tubs. We also ask you do not introduce any outside chemicals or substances to the private pools, as they may not filter properly. Please do not add flower petals, massage oils, bath bombs, or other substances to your hot tubs or private pools- some of these items can permanently stain or ruin the tub and pool.
Are we allowed to smoke in our rooms?

Please refrain from smoking cigarettes, cigars, or substances consumed in smoking devices, etc. We want you high on your love- and smoke vapors from these things can be harmful to the room and ruin the experience for other couples.

Love is in the air. Smoke shouldn’t be. A $250 service fee will be charged to your account if our smoke-free policy is broken in your suite.
Am I allowed to bring firearms or other weapons into buildings at the resorts?

We do not permit guests to bring firearms or weapons of any kind to any of our outlets/facilities at our resorts. If you are permitted to carry a firearm, we ask you please leave it concealed safely in your room.
Is coffee available in the morning?

Drip coffee makers are available in every suite
